LAVA HOT SPRINGS FOLK FESTIVAL

lava hot springs folk festival photo grid

The Lava Hot Springs Folk Festival is a project to provide youth in our community with music education opportunities. We started back in 2016 and have grown consistently since then, all thanks to the helping hands of this amazing community!

Our folk fest features music from a variety of talented regional artists—20+ individual performers and groups join us each year—spread over three days in various venues around town.

The quaint little village of Lava Hot Springs is nestled in the Portneuf River valley in the southeast corner of Idaho and features world-famous hot springs to soak in, a variety of activities to enjoy, and lots of places to stay.

Ticket Information

Tickets for the 2023 Festival will be available to purchase beginning July 1.
Tickets are good for the entire weekend to attend any perfomance in any venue.

NOTES

We love early birds! After September 1, ticket cost increases by 25%.

Bring your return-emailed confirmation/receipt (printed out or on your phone) to any venue to get an event wristband.

Tickets are non-refundable, but transferable to another individual via sale or gift. They must have the confirmation/receipt to be issued an event wristband.

The 2022 Performers

folk fest musician

Steve Eatonreveal blurb Boise ID

It takes a special musician to achieve commercial success, artistic recognition, and corporate appreciation. It takes a special human being to come out of it with the moniker “Everyone’s Friend.” Steve Eaton is an Idaho gem, a winner of the Governor’s Award for artistic contribution, a favorite of music scenes across the state, and most importantly the coolest guy in the room everyone wants to know. Steve Eaton is a Gentleman and a Gem.
